All of our services can be accessed through our website, http://www.patientadvantage.com, by clicking on the "Login to Patient Portal" button. Step 2: Accessing Our Services

Step 3: Using Our Services

This short video will walk you through identifying your assigned Nurse Advocate (including their contact information and schedule), view the details of available health programs, and add or view existing medical records.
